Tourist Helicopter Crash in Kenya Kills Seven

A pilot and six tourists were travelling to Loisaba Conservancy when the aircraft went down in Samburu County.

 

Kenyan police are investigating after a helicopter carrying six tourists and a pilot crashed in Samburu County on Wednesday, killing all seven people on board. The aircraft had been travelling to Loisaba Conservancy.

Crash near Mount Ololokwe

The helicopter was en route to the wildlife conservancy when it crashed, according to a preliminary police report seen by Reuters.

Police did not disclose the nationalities of the six tourists.

Luxury travel company &Beyond earlier said that a helicopter carrying its clients had crashed near Mount Ololokwe.
