A 39-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the fatal road collision that occurred on the evening of 19 April 2026 on Ifigeneias Avenue in Strovolos, Nicosia. The incident resulted in the death of 15-year-old Hosh Mustapha.
Arrest following new evidence
The suspect was arrested at approximately 18:00 yesterday under a court warrant. The warrant was issued after further examinations and witness testimony were obtained during the investigation into the circumstances of the collision.
Investigation ongoing
The Nicosia Traffic Department continues its investigation into the fatal collision.
