A new ‘charge’ was brought against a Greek Cypriot couple being held in the north since last summer.

In addition to a ‘charge’ concerning 'personal data breach', the two Greek Cypriots have now been 'charged' with 'violation of the law on the protection of privacy and private space'.

The two Greek Cypriots denied both ‘charges’.

The ‘prosecutor’ claimed in ‘court’ that the two Greek Cypriots illegally obtained, through the secretary of Royal real estate company, information on real estate and chronological transfer data concerning the properties of four individuals and two companies.

They are to appear in 'court' again on October 24.
