A total of 75 third-country nationals departed Cyprus on Friday to return to their countries of origin through voluntary and forced return procedures, the Police Aliens and Immigration Service said.
In a statement, the service said that 5,106 third-country nationals had been returned to their home countries since the beginning of the year through a series of voluntary and enforced repatriation operations.
The police also reported a significant decline in migration flows, with 818 migrant arrivals recorded in Cyprus so far this year, compared with 1,120 during the same period in 2025.
The Police said they would continue efforts, in coordination with the Deputy Ministry of Migration and International Protection, to maximise the number of returns of third-country nationals residing illegally in the Republic of Cyprus.
