Classic car enthusiasts will take to the roads on Sunday 4 October 2026 for the fourth Autumn Classic Car Rally, a one-day event starting and finishing in Lythrodontas. The rally is organised by the Cyprus Vintage Motoring Club (LESPA–FIPA) in cooperation with the Lythrodontas Community Council, and counts towards the Nikos Tofaridis Trophy.
A 60-kilometre route with five precision tests
The route covers approximately 60 kilometres and includes five precision tests, giving crews what organisers describe as a scenic autumn outing through the Cypriot countryside. Vehicles will set off at 10:00 from Lythrodontas square, with the start flagged by the community's president, Olvia Christoforou.
A stop at Kornos coincides with the pottery festival
At 11:30, participants will reach a regrouping point in the village of Kornos, timed to coincide with the 13th Kornos Red Clay Festival. Crews will be hosted there and given the chance to sample local food, while the festival itself showcases the village's cultural heritage and traditional pottery craft.
Finish, prize-giving and lunch
The rally concludes back in Lythrodontas at 13:00, with vehicles finishing in the square in front of the Church of Agios Therapon. Prize-giving will follow at 13:30 at the Lysorama restaurant, after which a lunch will be available for those who wish to stay.
How to take part
Entry for a two-person crew, a driver and co-driver, is set at €60, with an additional €15 charged for each extra crew member over the age of 12. The deadline for entries is Wednesday 30 September 2026, by 13:00. Registration and technical checks will take place on Saturday 3 October, from 10:00 to 13:00, at the LESPA–FIPA offices, and again on the morning of the rally, from 08:30 to 09:15, at the starting point.
