A 27-year-old food delivery driver reported being the victim of an assault and attempted robbery in Limassol on Tuesday night.
According to police, the incident occurred at around 11:20pm on Paphos Street while the man was travelling by motorcycle to collect a food order.
The victim told investigators that he was approached by two black motorcycles carrying four individuals, who forced him to stop.
Two of the suspects then allegedly demanded money. One reportedly struck him in the stomach with a baton, while another punched him in the back.
The 27-year-old began shouting, prompting the suspects to flee without stealing anything.
The incident was reported to police, and the Limassol CID is continuing investigations to identify and locate the suspects.
