The Pancyprian Co-operative Holdings and Co-operative Promotion Society announced on Tuesday that its electronic share subscription platform at ‘https://shares.pccpc.cy’ will begin operating on Wednesday, 22 July, allowing members of the public to become shareholders in the proposed new Co-operative Bank.
Under the scheme, individuals can become members by purchasing a minimum of 100 shares at €1 each.
According to the announcement, investments of up to €10,000 can be made using bank cards through JCC, with funds deposited into a dedicated account held at Bank of Cyprus.
For investments exceeding €10,000, payments must be made by bank transfer following contact with the issuer's support team by calling 97913011, 97913012, 97913013 and 97913014 or emailing the following address: support.pccppc@cytanet.com.cy.
The society urged prospective investors to carefully review the approved prospectus and the terms of the public offering on its website – https://pccppc.cy/contact – before making an investment decision in order to fully understand the potential risks and benefits associated with purchasing shares.
It noted that approval of the prospectus should not be interpreted as approval or endorsement of the shares being offered.
The public offering will remain open from 22 July 2026 until 17 November 2026, according to the announcement.
