Two Remanded for Six Days Over Limassol Kiosk Explosion

Two men, aged 44 and 45, were arrested after police secured testimony in connection with last month’s explosion at the front of a kiosk.

 

Two suspects have been remanded for six days in connection with an explosion that damaged the front of a kiosk in Limassol last month.

The incident occurred at around 1am on April 18. During the investigation, police secured testimony that led to court arrest warrants being issued against two men, aged 44 and 45.

The suspects were arrested on Tuesday morning following a police operation.

They were later brought before Limassol District Court, which ordered that they remain in custody for six days.
