Two Palestinian Sisters Reported Missing From Aglantzia

Police have launched an appeal for information after two Palestinian sisters, aged 17 and 14, went missing from their place of residence in Aglantzia on June 30.

Authorities are searching for two Palestinian sisters who have been reported missing from their residence in Aglantzia, Nicosia district.

The missing girls are 17-year-old Sarra Esaifan and her 14-year-old sister, Kawtar Esaifan, who have been absent from their place of residence since June 30, 2026.

According to police, Sarra Esaifan is described as approximately 1.62 metres tall, of normal build and with black hair. When she left, she was wearing a blue knee-length pair of shorts, a grey T-shirt, a black jacket and black-and-white sports shoes.

Kawtar Esaifan is described as approximately 1.60 metres tall, of normal build and with medium-length black hair. She was last seen wearing a blue knee-length pair of shorts, a grey T-shirt and white sports shoes.

Police said no photograph of Kawtar has yet been provided. Efforts are under way to obtain one so it can be released as part of the search operation.
