48 Flights Cancelled at Cyprus Airports Amid Middle East Disruptions

Passengers urged to contact airlines before travelling as routes to Israel and other regional destinations are affected.

Forty-eight flights to and from Cyprus airports have been cancelled, affecting routes linked to Israel and other Middle Eastern countries. The operator of the island’s airports confirmed that all other scheduled services are operating normally.

Cancellations at Larnaca and Paphos

According to sources from Hermes Airports, 36 flights were cancelled at Larnaca International Airport and 12 at Paphos International Airport.

The cancellations concern routes to and from Israel and other countries in the Middle East. No further operational disruptions were reported for other destinations.

Advisory to passengers

Passengers are advised to contact their airline or travel agent before heading to the airport in order to confirm the status of their flight.
