Eurobank is the first Greek banking group to extend its card-rewards scheme to Cyprus through the renewed €pistrofi Loyalty Programme, which now unifies Greece and Cyprus under a single rewards ecosystem.
According to Eurobank’s announcement, in Greece the €pistrofi Loyalty Programme is the largest card-rewards program by partner-business network, returning euros to Eurobank cardholders. It includes more than 8,500 partner businesses and millions of active users.
In Cyprus, the Mple Rewards scheme, set to transition in the coming days to the common €pistrofi brand, already includes more than 800 partner businesses across the country.
With €pistrofi, customers in both Cyprus and Greece enjoy more privileges, more flexibility, and immediate cashback with every transaction.
What changes

Automatic enrollment: All Eurobank cardholders currently in Mple Rewards will now be automatically included in €pistrofi at no cost.

Double benefits – one unified experience
Starting Friday, 12 December 2025, Eurobank customers from both Greece and Cyprus will earn €pistrofi euros from purchases made with their cards at partner businesses in either country, whether in person or through online transactions.
Every transaction earns a permanent 2% cashback, while during selected periods, such as Christmas, Easter, and the summer season, the rate increases significantly.
All €pistrofi euros earned are accumulated into a single balance, offering a seamless rewards experience and real value in both countries.
Partner-business network
Customers from Greece traveling to Cyprus can collect €pistrofi euros from Cyprus’ broad partner network, which includes hotels, restaurants, retail stores, and travel services. The euros collected in Cyprus can be redeemed at partner businesses in Greece.
Eurobank customers in Cyprus, previously part of Mple Rewards, will earn €pistrofi euros from partner businesses in Cyprus and from Greece’s network of 8,500 partners. The euros they earn can be redeemed across participating businesses in both Cyprus and Greece.
