Finstella Ltd, as part of its multi-layered corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy, has provided substantial support to the remarkable work of the versatile centre in the municipality of Geroskipou, enhancing its childcare facilities with 26 new beds.

The Centre is a non-profit organisation run by volunteers that offers essential services to the local community through initiatives of the Social Prosperity Council. Among its services, the Centre provides day care for infants and children, operating one of the longest schedules in Cyprus, from 6:45 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. This schedule provides crucial support to working parents and vulnerable families, ensuring high-quality childcare for children.

Finstella fully covered the cost of 14 beds for the kindergarten and 12 beds in the infant nursery, significantly improving the quality of services the Geroskipou Centre offers to children and families in the area.

The kindergarten provides comprehensive care for preschool-aged children, while the infant nursery cares for babies aged 4 months to 2 years, offering high-quality support to vulnerable families. The committee responsible for the centre and its acting Director Ms. Eliana Symeou, praised Finstella’s donation, highlighting that initiatives like this enable the Centre to provide enhanced, high-quality services for children, including support for their daily nap routines.

They also expressed sincere gratitude to First Lady Mrs Philippa Karsera-Christodoulides, whose work highlights critical social needs for children across Cyprus and encourages corporate social responsibility initiatives that assist non-profit organizations in fulfilling these needs. Through this support, Finstella has significantly contributed to improving the quality of services and the daily lives of many children.

The CEO of Finstella Ltd, Mr Kirill Zimarin, emphasized that throughout decades of active presence and investment in Cyprus, community support has always been an integral part of Finstella’s corporate culture and philosophy. “We are particularly pleased to support children from vulnerable families, the elderly, but also locals at large and we will continue to do so with the same dedication and care we have been doing it with for more than 30 years”, said Mr Zimarin. ESG-Driven Strategy for Social Impact Although Finstella Ltd is not operationally connected to the former RCB, the company embraces positive examples and values of corporate social responsibility (CSR) previously demonstrated by RCB in the social and business sectors. The company’s strategy focuses on ESG actions (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance) and supports local communities and children through high-impact collaborations. please provide a title and a subtitle
